Control Your Diet by Reading "Nutrition Facts" Labels:

The new food labels, called "Nutrition Facts," make shopping for low-fat packaged foods easier. Food labels show a food's nutritional content. When reading food labels, in general, look for foods that are low in "% Daily Value" of fat, saturated fat, cholesterol, and
|
sodium. Aim for 100 percent of your daily requirement of total carbos, protein, dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Place your mouse's arrow over the sample label and get definitions of the corresponding item below.
