Leftover Turkey
Cut turkey off the bone and refrigerate. Slice breast meat; legs and wings may be left whole. Refrigerate any leftovers within two hours after cooking. Use cooked leftovers within 4 days, or 4 months if frozen.
Stuffing should be kept no longer than 2 days and must be re-heated to at least 160°F.
Leftover gravy should be kept no longer than 2 days. Always bring leftover gravy to a full boil before serving.
