Turkey Stuffing
If you don't care for roasting stuffing in the turkey, place 1 cup of water with 1/4 cup pineapple juice in the pan to make turkey moist and flavorful. Or add a few whole apples and peeled onions into the cavity.
Do not stuff turkey the night or morning before cooking.
Mix stuffing immediately before placing in bird. Stuff turkey loosely right before roasting.
After turkey has roasted , let it rest 20 minutes and remove stuffing. Refrigerate leftover turkey and stuffing separately.
