Cancelling an Order If for whatever reason you have decided to cancel your order, all you need to do is send us an email as soon as possible. (We cannot cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.) Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, and the product you want to cancel (including any information you have). If you want to change the quantity of an item, please let us know.
